Im sick of seeing that rex thats not mine on the top, so im posting this.
I went to the airport yesterday for work, qantas opened their new first class lounge, for all the rich snobs to go chill before their flights, as a result we had to go round the back of the airport, to what they call airside, basically its right down where the planes are, and all the baggage handling n stuff, so that was pretty awesome, dont go down there every day, we had a look at the ins and outs of the underneath of the port, its like a friggin maze down there, but on the way back the security man took us around the front of the planes, so we were right out near the taxiing strips, as the below photo shows, theres a qantas plane being taxied out to the runway. Technically i wasnt meant to take photos, but tough shit :P
As These 2 photos show, we got right into where they wait and get loaded, the second photo was about 10m from the plane, it was awesome to see them so close and without glass, and to listen to the sounds of the jets as planes took off and landed.
Im Fascinated by airports, i love them, theyre like mini cities to me, and the planes are fuckin awesome too. Theyre just such giant manmade engineering marvels, to think of the power they put out and the speed and stresses they handle blows me away.
Heres 2 more photos of last time i was there, that plane on the far right of the first pic is basically where i took the night pictures above, and oddly enough, the area of tarmac where the second photo is looking at is where the top photo was taken.
As for the first class lounge, first and last time ill ever see the inside of it, its pretty flash, its got marble floors and desks, plasma tv's hooked up to Bose stereos, piss fridges where its all free, showers, comfy looking chairs, compys with faxes, internet and phones, showers, and a kitchen. Theres even relaxation rooms with plants growing off the walls, "growing" theyre fake plants but they look awesome, the rooms have massage tables in them, and theres offices too. Theres obviously big arsed fuck off thicker than jessica simpson windows so you can see all the action. Actually, looking at the second picture up, The big windows in the center of the picture looks like the lounge.
Prolly boring the crap out of you readers but it was exciting for me.
In other news, cars getting serviced tomorrow and mi never buying a new key for it, $150 for the key, $150 to cut and code it, fucking rip off. I thought ford were shit for having to pay $90.
The car fucknig stinks, smells like stale farts, serves me right for buying from a wog. Im trying to find time to steam clean the seats in hope itll de smell the car, i think someone shat themselves in it, or someone died.
Im going to mildura for work on sunday, gonna be hungover as a mofo with any luck, itll mean matts was awesome :P Was going to be in dura for 4 days but just going over night now, gonna go drown some abo's in the river.
2 weeks till i sit the tafe test, wish me luck, i need it. I went there today and asked the dude whats on the test, he said the english part is essay and comprehension, and the maths is trig, pythag, integers and stuffs... Kinda makes me nervous. Fuck i hope i get accepted. Im gonna drown myself if i dont methinks.
Heres jasons favourite movie of all time. Seven brides for seven brothers. Personally i think itd be more interesting to have 1 bride for seven brothers, they can either all share or turn it into a battle to the death with the victor keeping the woman. Should make a black version called Seven Ho's for seven Bro's.
And on the subject of ear sex, once you go black, you go deaf...
