Engine is pretty much stock, and thats how itll stay. Paint is almost perfect, front bar just repainted, small dents from fuckers hitting doors against. Been Roadworthied and RACV Tested, Both sets of rims will be sold off, aswell as the ford ones and ill be replacing them with either 17 or 18" Gold or Gunmetal Grey, 5 or 6 spoke rims.
Boost is upped, im prolly gonna lower it, since i dont want it to die, nor do i want myself to die in it. AWD Means no burnouts (and if i do, itll be AWD Burnouts, fucking awesome :P) No wheel spins, and no crazy lack of traction in wet, dry or dirt.
Dunno how long ill keep it, i did buy it with the intention of keeping it for next 5 years but since its a WRX and insurance is hard to find, and when i do find someone who wants to insure me, its going to cost a small fortune, i could run a small country from the money ill be paying for surance. Ill prolly fuck it off soon.
I got it for what i thought was a decent price, if i fix the small imperfections i may be able to sell it to a cashed up p plater for about 22k. Which would own, cause then id get my XR turbo, the car that started this fiasco.

Who wants to come for a drive? Nobody? :) Thats ok it prolly wont fit anyone, its like most jap cars, no room in the back.
Should be good when i get the stereo in, now theres less room for more noise. :>

Sigh...
Just been put in a particularly crappy mood. Stupid crap.

In other news, gavins dead, thats pretty fucked up. Funerals on wednesday, ima go. I feel for his parents, michael and tracy, sister emma and her son, and his gf and the train driver. That shits just not fair.
You have to wonder what people are thinking when they choose to end their lives in such a dramatic, selfish, gory, fucked up way.
Everyone knows he hit the drugs pretty hard, why not just inject, why not snort more speed than the sex pistols, why not do it painfully, peacefully, even if you wrap your car around a tree, its better than jumping infront of a train.
In the last part of all our friendships with gavin (for those who were friends) he wasnt the most pleasant of people, partly due to matt white. But regardless of him being a dick then, the gav i knew was pretty cool, we had some pretty good times, its gonna be wierd looking at the photos of him at the grand prix, when he wasnt so fucked up, when he was alive...
Ive not spoken to him since the time i saw him at L1, we didnt say much, while i dont know him, im not his friend, hes just a memory (esp now) i cant help feel saddened that hes gone.

In better news, im looking for a car, an update, as the ford must go and it must go now... If only i could drive it infront of a train too, its all it deserves, piece of trash car.
Dont know what ill move on to, ive been looking at fords, nissans, even holdens, yes, i did say holdens. I did stoop that low in the search for my perfect car.
I may or may not have found it, im going to do some searching around, i doubt anyone really cares, but ill be sure to come round n take the couple of you who might give a rats for a drive.
Lets hope all goes well.
The ford is going to be taken appart and sold off in pieces, im not putting some other poor sap thru the pain of the ed, wheels, head cam springs, and manual will be sold, as for the rest if people want em great, if not, menzies can have it and melt the fucker down, like the terminator.
Watched my first episode of the chaser the other night, i must say im pretty impressed, these dudes do some good shit. "The biggest muslim" The show where muslims lose their faith and convert to australian ways.

Hey another first for me, i was walking down southbank the other night after going to dinner at crown, and i saw the flames for the first time, what a great great waste of gas, we watched em from the other side of the yarra to get an appreciation of them, then an hour or 2 later we watched em again fron underneath, its so cool, the way the gas spurts out and interacts with the air and the pretty flames that come out, loved it. Nice n warm too.
We did tents at fed square this week for JJJ, the comedy festival and john butler trio. Apparently there was 50000 people rocking their socks off on thurs night. Woulda been good to see.
Bring on tafe hey, i really need to start doing some study or reading on english essays and year 10 maths, since i havnt actually used my brain for the past... well 21 years pretty much, ill have lost everything i did pick up at school, so ill need to refresh so i can get a good mark to get into this pre-apprenticeship, lets hope all goes well again.
Coming up to uncertain times, quitting my job, getting a new one, going to tafe, getting an apprenticeship, lets hope to christ, even tho im not religious, that the planets align and i can finally get on with my life, not stuck in this rut of work work work work work play work work work work. altho itll still be mostly work and tafe. Ill prolly keep QEH going and the tents, theyll come in handy when the warmer weather comes back and people start hiring tents, weekend work and night work is still there for me, plus marcus n tracy know im usefull to em. Hopefully i can get a real sleeping pattern going and not have to put up with this sleeping at the wheel rubbish, might be good too, with not having to go to hallam every day ill save fuel with afformentioned unknown new car.
