Lemon Killer.
Ok, tonite we went to the park around near my house, myself erin jason and fudgeboy, and we fired the lemon cannon with great success (yes even after yesterdays shit performance) We managed to launch a few lemons off into the distance, and then we shot one into a wall and well, there wasnt much left of it.
So we decided that the loud bangs were a bit too much considering the closeness of houses (30-50 meters away) so we scooted off to ballam park, and we saw benji who musta been dropping kiah off at her house (since he was in her driveway) so he came to join the mischief.
Again we fired the cannon with quite awesome results, ofcourse a few fails but most of the fires were good ones, the best launching the lemon up to 75, yes thats right, 75 meters. (using a rough measurement) Only one video was taken and only one pic, the video is of the 75 meter attempt (dark cept for really fast muzzle flash.) and the pic was of the lemon after it made friends with the wall.
So far we have 9 minutes of video of us makin flames or launching stuff, (10 if you count the video i made of most of the fireballs)
We've Found that if you load and fire the cannon side ways it works better, well... it works... maybe not better than the time that only erin and steve saw, but it works better. (Much easier to fire too)
Anywho, more good times and loud bangs shal be enjoyed i hope.
Also we need to find more / better ammo, i think erins tree it fast running out of lemons to get, steves are too small, maybe mark, if not we might have to resort to marks oranges or shop bought potatoes.
Looks like im updating my compy, mums being a pain in the arse about it tho, she wants me to buy a DVD-R (GOOD one) But we dont even got a dvd player in the house, and none of us are gonna sit at the compy to watch movies. And she wants me to get a new hard drive, were using 25gig atm and we got 14 left in our 40 gig but itll do.
Basically she wants me to buy a whole new comp (case Mboard ram cpu HDD (she neglected to mention FDD not that we use em)) Keeping sound and GFX (alto i saw in the paper a 256 Geforce 4 FX5200 for $190. So i thought about that...
Apparently were gonna sell this one, ofcourse well have to get a new sounds card since i fried the old onboard one.
But, ive decided (for the computer literate of you out there) to go with
CPU: AMD Athlon xp 2800
MB: ASUS A7v600-x
RAM: Apacer 2x 512 DDR pc3200
$702.20
I would like a AMD 3200, just cause its 400mhz faster (about) and more up to date.
I might even ask him to find me one, cause ill have to pay in installments, since current events are depleting my cash (drive lessons and licence test, rent money :@ and special occasions.)
Whats an extra week eh?
He wants 50% upfront (from what i gather from his invoice thing) and then the rest i can pay in weekly / monthy installments. He used to have a Play Buy sorta thing, where you take and pay, but dodgy fucks have put an end to that.
Oh and jason, to use a dual CPU MB both CPU's must be same (manuf, speed, cache size etc.)
